Carli Leveling System Base 3in Lift 2003–2013 Ram 2500/3500 Gas

The Carli Leveling System is designed for Ram 2500 and 3500 gas owners who want a leveled stance with more ride quality and suspension performance than a generic spacer lift. The front leveling coils are engineered specifically for the weight of the Ram 2500/3500 gas front end and finished in durable black powdercoat.

This system raises the front of the truck 2.5 to 3 inches depending on year and cab configuration, while increasing front suspension travel by 50% over the factory platform. Carli Signature Series front shocks are custom tuned in-house for improved ride quality and built longer to accommodate the added travel.

Notes:

• Extended sway bar end links or Carli’s replacement torsion sway bar are recommended to correct sway bar position with the taller ride height and added down-travel.

• Carli recommends an adjustable track bar to recenter the front axle and extended control arms to shift the axle forward to its new center of travel.

• Three inches of front lift shifts the axle toward the driver side approximately 3/4 inch and back toward the cab approximately 1/2 inch.

• On Power Wagon models, replacing the factory sway bar with Carli’s optional torsion sway bar may disrupt axle-locker wiring and may require hard-wiring the locker.

Wheel and Tire Notes:

• Fits up to a 35-inch tire with stock control arms on wheels with 5.75 to 6 inches of backspacing.

• Carli recommends extended mild steel control arms.

• If running factory wheels, Carli recommends an all-terrain 35-inch tire to avoid rubbing.

• For 37-inch tire fitment, Carli High-Clearance Control Arms and an adjustable track bar can be paired with wheels using 5.75 inches of backspacing.

• More tire sidewall improves small bump compliance at proper inflation pressures.
